The Shortcut Career Academy is a free 3-week program for job seekers from all backgrounds residing in Finland. It is an intensive career course that aims to increase your employability through a series of workshops, events, and group coaching sessions.

During the Career Academy, you will learn about identifying your strengths, branding yourself, networking, optimising your application documents and LinkedIn profile, and personal resilience, to name a few. You will also learn about Finnish working culture and relevant legislation. Additionally, networking opportunities are integrated into the curriculum.

The program consists of learning sessions each week. The sessions include workshops, group coaching, self-study and assignments, and will be held online and in-person. Sessions run for two hours each every day: at 10-12 and 13-15. We expect you to participate in the sessions and complete the assignments, in order to qualify for the Career Academy certificate.
