Spark Program offers participants the chance to build their business up in a supportive environment, with the help of experienced trainers and mentors. Spark is aimed at getting more gender diversity in entrepreneurship. The goal is to build a solid pipeline of future female and non-binary company founders who can inspire the next generations to come. In 2025, Spark Program was Finland’s national winner of the European Enterprise Promotion Awards, in the ‘Inclusive Entrepreneurship’ category.

In this free 10-week program, you will learn to validate your business idea, build the first versions of your product, and develop your sales skills with our new 2-week sales accelerator, Flame. The program is highly practical, giving you the tools, training and space needed to:

• Test your idea out with potential clients
• Shape your idea into an early product
• Assess whether your idea is profitable – and what you need to make it a profitable one
• Build your communication and pitching skills
• Utilize the latest tech (AI) tools to boost your business
• Learn the essentials of setting up your business and accounting
• Get insights and support into entrepreneurial mindset and well-being
