After an incredible journey, we want to share that The Shortcut’s operations will be closing down as of June 1st. Despite the whole community’s deep commitment and years of meaningful work, The Shortcut has not been able to find a sustainable path forward – one that would allow us to continue building the kind of lasting operational impact our mission deserves.

While most of our activities will come to an end, we remain committed to successfully concluding our Maanpuolustaja campaign, a project close to our hearts.Though this chapter is closing, our mission lives on. The work of enabling a more inclusive, diverse, and future-ready workforce in Finland will carry forward through Startup Foundation’s 100×100 initiative.To every partner, supporter, collaborator, and friend who believed in what we were building: thank you. You made this possible. The community we built together has shaped countless careers, opened doors for international talent, and helped reimagine what the Finnish workforce can look like.
