We provide recruitment services for companies interested in hiring from our talent pool of 1100+ diverse, motivated and skilled internationals. We have talents in every field, most of whom bring a wealth of valuable working experience from abroad!

Looking for a way to retain and support your top international talents and their families in Finland?
At The Shortcut, our mission is to keep the international talents and their families thriving in Finland. That’s why we’ve launched our Spouse Career Support, a national-level career coaching program that engages and empowers the spouses of international talents, offering personalized coaching, networking opportunities, and workshops.
The Shortcut is now creating a collective of private and public actors that share our vision of creating growth and ensuring Finland’s competitiveness through diversity. The collective will raise awareness about the challenges and benefits of attracting foreign talent by publishing joint editorials in Finnish media and running other public relations campaigns.
We plan to launch this effort publicly with an integrated marketing campaign in March 2025, with activities and events continuing until the end of 2025.
