Support international talents by funding The Shortcut Academy and hiring our talents!
The Shortcut Academy is our new flagship training program offering for international talents in Finland. The Academy is made up of two halves: the Career Academy, focusing on job seekers, and the Business Academy, focusing on entrepreneurship.
Together with our corporate partners, we provide our participants with everything they need to know about finding employment or starting their own businesses. In 2025, we will run five cohorts of the Career Academy and five cohorts of the Business Academy. Graduates from our Academy are ready to get to work in their respective fields and primed for employment.
